Almost all flat substrates can be coated on the LW100. Thus, this machine type is used equally as a glue applicator and an oil applicator. Due to the easy handling, materials such as glues, oils, dispersions, paints, adhesives, synthetic resin adhesives, but also lacquers, waxes, soaps, primers, pastes and pasty adhesives, resins and contact adhesives can be applied on roller applicators of the type LW100 without any problems. Even as an interlinked system, the LW100 roller coater is integrated into oil application lines in order to coat a wide variety of substrates on it.
In addition to the classic sectors for us, such as parquet production and furniture manufacture, our customers also come from the packaging industry, vehicle construction, the shoe industry, insulation production and insulation processing. Coated carrier materials are, for example, parquet floorboards, cork, wood, chipboard, solid wood, hard foam, stone, granite, insulating material, but also small parts made of metal, brake linings for trucks, belt elements for conveyor belts and much more.
The roller coater is used for single-sided application from above or below, or also for double-sided application. The infinitely variable fine adjustment of the liquid application quantity by means of the eccentric levers on the side is uncomplicated and easy to handle. Depending on the application, the LW100 roller applicator can be equipped with a wide variety of roller types and roller rubbers. In just a few steps and without any special tools, both the tray with the squeegee edge and the rollers can be removed within a few moments. This way, these parts can be cleaned easily and quickly. And with a replacement set of roller and tray, the applicator is also immediately ready for use again.

Due to the easy handling, materials such as glues, oils, dispersions, paints, adhesives, synthetic resin adhesives, but also lacquers, waxes, soaps, primers, pastes and pasty adhesives, resins and contact adhesives can be applied without any problems on roller applicators of the type LW120.
Customers who use the LW120 roller coater come from the production of raised floors (sports halls), vehicle construction, the packaging industry, insulation production and further processing. The substrates to be coated are, for example, multi-layer boards, cork, wood, chipboard, solid wood, PS and XPS rigid foam boards, wood-cement composite insulation boards, metal parts, tiles and stoneware, but also brake linings for cars and trucks and much more.

Depending on the application, the LW120 roller coater can be equipped with a wide variety of roller types and roller rubbers. In just a few steps and without any special tools, both the tray with the squeegee edge and the rollers can be removed in a matter of moments thanks to the practical plug-in axles with bayonet lock. This way, all parts can be cleaned easily and quickly.
If you want to minimise set-up times, you can also use a second set of rollers and a trough to make this applicator immediately ready for use again and thus avoid downtimes due to cleaning effort during ongoing shift operation.

Das Dosierwalzensystem Reversemaschine DDWO ist ein Maschinentyp, der durch seine beiden Auftragswerke, die jeweils mit Dosierwalzen ausgestattet sind, überzeugt. Beide Auftragswerke sind hintereinander platziert und sowohl Drehrichtung als auch Drehgeschwindigkeit der Dosier- und Auftragswalzen sind frei wählbar, bzw. stufenlos einstellbar. Damit ermöglicht das Dosierwalzensystem Reversemaschine DDWO Möglichkeiten der Applikation, die mit gewöhnlichen Walzenauftragsmaschinen nicht gegeben sind. Selbst keramische Fliesen lassen sich im Durchlaufverfahren beschichten und verleihen den Produkten so völlig neue Anwendungsprofile.
Einfachste Handhabung, extrem schneller Walzenwechsel, hervorragende Reinigungsfreundlichkeit und eine langlebige und werthaltige, robuste Konstruktion aus Edelstahl und Aluminium sind dabei immer wieder die herausragenden Merkmale. Holz, Kork, Pappe, Hartschaum, Metall, Granit ...Ölen, Wachsen, Laugen und Beizen von Möbeln, Dielen und Parketten sind selbstverständlich.
Ideal in verketteten Anlagen zur Herstellung von farbigem 2-Schicht-, 3-Schicht- und Massivparkett, oder auch zur strukturfreien Glasbeschichtung. Selbst Scherkraft empfindliche Klebstoffe auf Latexbasis lassen sich hiermit problemlos verarbeiten. Das ist gerade in der Schaumstoffindustrie von großem Vorteil!
