Oil and colour manufacturers<\/strong> offer special UV-oils<\/strong>. After application and having been exposed to UV-light, the surface of the wood is dry.<\/p>\n

Application of UV-oils and UV-lacquers is done by our roller applicator DDWO and\/or DWO.<\/p>\n

UV oils and UV varnishes are applied with our DDWO and\/orDWO roller applicators.<\/p>\n

Then it goes into a UV dryer of the latest generation.<\/p>\n

2x200 W\/cm\u00b2 electronically adjustable - infinitely variable<\/p>\n

Air-cooled reflector housing - with minimal heat generation on the workpiece<\/p>\n

Excellent for highly pigmented inks and resinous woods. No boiling of pigments or resin. Automatic readjustment of the power as the lamps age, this increases production reliability.<\/p>\n

For the production of UV-oiled surfaces, we proceed in general as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Sanding brushes<\/td>\nsmoothing the surface<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Cleaning brush<\/td>\nremoval of abrasive dust<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
DWO<\/td>\napplication of the top coat<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
UV-drying<\/td>\nhardening of the top coat<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n


\n<\/strong>Drying<\/strong><\/p>\n

With the \u201cWirth\u201d UV-dryer you can dry UV-oils, UV-filler, UV-lacquer and other media with photoinitiators.<\/p>\n

Gallium and \/ or mercury lamps can be used, depending on customer\u2019s requirements.<\/p>\n
